Hello, and welcome!
“Meraki” means to put your heart, soul, and creativity into what you do - and that’s exactly what we bring to our practice. We’re a kind and friendly team committed to offering a safe space where you can explore, reflect, and express.
Our Mission & Values
At Meraki Creative Therapies, we are committed to:
Supporting people of all ages with tailored, creative, and integrative approaches
Believing in the capacity for positive change in every individual
Meeting people where they are, because one size doesn’t fit all
Nurturing connection, creativity, and wellbeing within individuals and communities
What we offer
We provide a range of services and experiences designed to support personal growth, creativity, and wellbeing:
Psychotherapy - a collaborative process of talk therapy where you work to understand your emotions, develop effective coping strategies, and make lasting, positive changes to your mental health and wellbeing.
Creative Therapies - including music therapy, drama psychotherapy, and dance movement psychotherapy.
Because talking therapies can sometimes inhibit people from expressing themselves candidly, we offer a range of creative therapies alongside talking to help find the most effective ways for each individual to communicate openly
Life & Business Coaching - helping you find clarity, confidence, and balance
Wellbeing evenings & Workshops - from restorative yoga sessions to seasonal creative activities, providing nurturing spaces for reflection, connection, and shared experience.
We also develop creative wellbeing and community projects, often collaborating with other professionals to provide holistic support.
Our consulting rooms are just outside Farnham, in the peaceful Surrey countryside.
